Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Safeltra acts as a data processor for customer ERP content hosted in dedicated Safeltra ERP sites. Enterprise customers receive a standard DPA covering subprocessors, breach notification, and data subject request assistance. Contact legal@safelt.com for a signed copy.

Recovery objectives

Your rights

Tenant admins can submit data subject requests and export audit logs from the Developers portal. Platform status and incidents are published at System status.
