How we protect workspaces
Each company workspace runs on its own tenant site. Public marketing pages stay on erp.safelt.com.
Sign-in uses encrypted connections. Workspace access follows roles on that tenant.
Tenant sites are backed up on a schedule. Restore timing depends on the plan and the incident — we do not publish a public RTO/RPO SLA here.
Platform sign-in can use SAFE IAM, Google, or Microsoft when those options are enabled.
Data processing
Safelt Consulting LLP hosts customer ERP content in dedicated Safeltra sites. Ask legal@safelt.com if you need a data processing agreement. We do not list certifications we have not completed.

Your rights
Tenant admins can submit data subject requests and export audit logs from the Developers portal. Incidents that we publish appear on System status. Privacy and terms are at Privacy and Terms.
